After-School Activities: How Many Is Too Many?
There’s no magic number of after-school activities that’s “too many.” The right balance depends on your child’s age, temperament, and the quality of the activities. Watch for signs of overscheduling like chronic fatigue or loss of interest, and prioritize unstructured downtime.
