Only 8% of moms attempt a VBAC, but of those who plan one, 80% deliver vaginally. I love supporting and educating families about VBAC, I have witnessed in others and personally experienced the healing effects and the sense of empowerment attained through a VBAC. Private, in-home education or group classes may be arranged. If you have a few friends thinking of VBAC, I’m happy to help you organize a group session. Click here to read my post, 4 Secrets of VBAC
Private prenatal breastfeeding education helps you have a glimpse into what to expect and to have a general basis of understanding of breastfeeding in preparation for your baby(ies) arrival. Once your baby(ies) come home, solid, early support helps you get off to a positive, strong start.
In-home or in-hospital consultations can guide you to confident nursing and can assist in managing common early breastfeeding concerns.
